Return Eligibility
Products may qualify for return if:

- An incorrect item was received
- The product significantly differs from its description
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Used cookware or kitchen products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Infinity Cooking reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
Once returned items are received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers
- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless caused by our error
Exchanges
We replace products only if they arrive defective or damaged.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of payment disputes may result in account suspension or refusal of future service.
